A vendor review is counted when a questionnaire is ingested, scored, and a review decision is recorded — approval, conditional approval, or rejection. Re-reviews of the same vendor in the same billing period count as separate reviews if a new questionnaire is processed.
Yes — all plans include an email intake address. Forward vendor questionnaire emails to your Clarito intake address and they'll be automatically ingested. Outlook and Gmail forwarding rules work well for this.
Starter and Professional plans support NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CIS Controls. Enterprise customers can request custom framework extensions — for industry-specific frameworks (HIPAA, FedRAMP, PCI DSS) or internal frameworks built on the standard set.
Yes — vendor questionnaire data is scoped exclusively to your account. It is not shared with other customers, not used to train external models, and not sold to third parties. See our Security page for full data handling details.
