Spent three years running vendor security reviews at a mid-market Bay Area fintech before founding Clarito in 2022. Managed NIST-aligned third-party assessments across payment processors, SaaS data handlers, and infrastructure vendors. Built Clarito because the tool he needed didn't exist.
Priya Natarajan
Head of Product
Seven years in security product management, including two years designing GRC workflow tooling at an enterprise software company. Joined Clarito in 2023 to rebuild the scoring and posture template UX from the perspective of a working security analyst, not a feature roadmap.
James Okafor
Lead Engineer
Backend systems engineer specializing in document parsing pipelines and structured information extraction. Leads the questionnaire ingestion engine — the part of Clarito that normalizes CSV, PDF, XLSX, and portal exports into a unified controls representation. Also owns the taxonomy mapping layer that links questionnaire items to canonical control frameworks.

Customer Success
Vendor risk analyst background with hands-on experience running third-party assessments across financial services and healthcare sectors. Helps every new customer build their first accepted posture templates, structure their evidence library, and complete their first end-to-end vendor review in Clarito — typically in the first session.
